I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the right, title and interest in the real estate located at ADDRESS OR DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY to Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Inc., a non-public, not-for-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland, Federal Tax Identification Number 52-6049658, to be used for its general purposes, in accordance with Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Inc. policies and procedures then in effect.

I hereby give, devise and bequeath DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY to Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Inc., a non-public, not-for-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland, Federal Tax Identification Number 52-6049658, to be used for its general purposes, in accordance with Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Inc. policies and procedures then in effect.
